Using the app

Email us if you cannot sign in, a practice will not start, or feedback does not appear. A short description of what you see will help us look into it.

Purchases and subscriptions

If you paid for Pro but cannot use it, email us. To view or cancel a subscription, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.

Your data

To delete a practice or your account, open Settings in the app and choose “Your data”. If you cannot sign in, email us for help. The Privacy Policy explains what the app keeps and how to ask for a copy.
